World Book Day was celebrated by everyone in Episkopi Primary School in the clothes we feel most comfortable reading in – pyjamas!  Our WBD celebrations and activities, orchestrated by Mr Reader, included: a 6-word story competition; painting images from our favourite stories; hot chocolate and story time in class; ‘book in a box’ guess the story activities; virtual meetings with authors; a scavenger hunt; and finally a ‘masked reader’ competition, where teachers disguised themselves on video with emojis and gave clues to their favourite children’s stories!  What a fun and memorable day!
